Albert Maxwell “Tuggie” Crook, 92 of St. George, entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 6, 2021.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jakie Walters officiating.  Visitation will be an hour before the service.

Albert was born on August 6, 1929, in St. George, a son of the late Lonnie Pinckney and Alice Myers Crook.  He was a retired crane operator with the South Carolina State Highway Department, a farmer and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.  He was predeceased by siblings, Thomas Crook, Terrell Crook, Harold Richard Crook, Christine Doyle and Mary Ethel Crook. 

Surviving is his special great, great nephew and caregiver, Ryan Diehl; and three nephews, Gerald Crook, Virgil Crook and Skeet Doyle.
