David Alan O'Cain Obituary

David Alan O’Cain, 56, of Missouri, entered into eternal rest on August 20, 2023.


Graveside Funeral Services will be held 9:00 AM Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Jerusalem United Methodist Church Cemetery Rev. Rick Atkinson officiating.


David was born on November 10, 1966 in Galveston, Texas, youngest son of the late Paul David O’Cain and Fairy Gale Marchant O’Cain.  He was a jeweler by trade and recently lived in Georgia and South Carolina.  He was self-taught in many areas and excelled in all types of repairs. David had a sweet, kind soul that cherished his friends, loved his family, and his loyal black lab Hero. 


Surviving is his sister, Jean Anne (Steve) Encardes, Fort Walton Beach, Florida and a brother, Paul “Randy” (Marianne) O’Cain, Wesley Chapel, FL.


Donations may be made to Beavertown Boarding and Shelter at 1116 Squire Beaver Rd, Eureka Springs, AR 72631 who is caring for his beloved black lab, Hero, until a forever home can be found.
