Elma Utsey England

Elma Utsey England, 98, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, July 7, 2021.

Graveside funeral Services will be held 10 AM Saturday July 10, 2021 in the Utsey Cemetery.

Elma was born on September 29, 1922 in Grover, a daughter of the late Osgood Dantzler and Lila Spell Utsey.  She was a 1941 graduate of St. George High School and was a retired clerk and dial administrator with Bell South.   She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers Ft. Sumter Chapter, Eastern Star Loyalty #136, Charleston and Trinity United Methodist Church.  She was predeceased by siblings, Walter Utsey, JD Utsey, Carl Utsey and Adeline Utsey.

Surviving is her son, John Lynn (Marie) England, of Charleston; granddaughter, Angela Lynn England (Emerson) Hildebrandt, Charleston; great-grands, Marissa, Jayden, and Dylan Hildebrandt.
