Gloria Huff Marchant, 72, of Reevesville, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

Born on November 15, 1952, in Bowman, South Carolina, Gloria was the beloved daughter of the late James Huff and Barbara Kizer.  Gloria is survived by her four children: Jennifer Reeves, Kimberly (Bill) Robertson, Chip (Melissa) Marchant and Jessica (Chris) Hartzog as well as her 12 grandchildren; Ashley (Frank) Binsley, Phillip (Brittany) Reeves, Stephanie Alexander, Summer (Jonathan) Smith, Brittany (Wes) Hughes, Travis “TJ” Sweatman, Madelynn Platt, Brody Marchant, Benjamin Marchant, Bryce Marchant, Carter Hartzog and Cooper Hartzog; and 16 great- grandchildren.  Gloria is also survived by her three brothers, Julius “JJ” (Rosie) Huff, Hammond (Amy) Huff, Lin (Lisa) Huff and many nieces and nephews, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert “Sheebie” and Barbara Kizer and her beloved sister, Diane Marchant.

Gloria was a member of Old St. George Baptist Church, where she found joy and strength in her spiritual life and community.  She will be remembered most for her unwavering love and dedication to her family, her gentle spirit, and the warmth she brought into every room.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Old St. George Baptist Church with Pastor James Way officiating.  Visitation with the family will take place from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The Pallbearers will be Phillip Reeves, Travis “TJ” Sweatman, Brody Marchant, Benjamin Marchant, Bryce Marchant, Carter Hartzog and Cooper Hartzog.
