Inez Connelley McAlhany, widow of Henry Glenn McAlhany, entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 30, 2025 at her residence.
A Memorial Service will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, July 3, 2025, at Beulah Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
Inez, born on October 1, 1939, was the daughter of Louis William Connelley and Elma Canaday Heaton Connelley. She worked as a clerk for Dorchester County government and attended Beulah Baptist Church. She was predeceased by brothers, David Norman Heaton and Kenneth Connelley.
Surviving are sons, Wayne Glenn McAlhany, Reevesville, Jeffrey Lee (Heather) McAlhany, Orangeburg, and Scotty Lynn (Sonja) McAlhany, Harleyville; daughters, Rhonda Ann Parrott, Branchville and Janice Marie (Robert) Aikins, Cottageville; grandchildren, Chris (Jade) McAlhany, Ameia Proveaux, Brandon (Ashley) Summers, Tiffany (Randy) Elliott, Taylor (Sage) Campbell, Grayson Aikins, Cory McAlhany, Lex Ann McAlhany, Taylor Stringfellow, Logan (Cameron) McAlhany and Lauren (Patrick) Harlow; great-grandchildren, Mason, Charlee, Bryant, Hunter, Wyatt, Walker, Bransley, Jensen, Arianna, Shellie, Landon, Logan, Presley, Addison, Aubrey and Cooper; sister, Edna (Kenneth) Smoak, St. George; and a brother, Douglas Connelley.
