James Tyson Byers, 39, of St. George, husband of Kristen Saulisbury DeThomas Byers, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Jamie was born on April 16, 1986 a son of Carmen Agueri Tanner and the late Peter Joseph Byers. He was an assembly lead technician with ISRI in Ladson. He enjoyed fishing, grilling, and was a devoted father who loved spending time with his son. He was also a member of Limestone Baptist Church.  

Surviving is his wife, Kristen Saulisbury DeThomas Byers; a son, Tanner Byers and step-son, Christan DeThomas; his mother, Carmen Tanner; brother Joseph (Felicia) Byers; special aunts, Tammy and Penny; father and mother-in-law, Gerald and Ruthie Saulisbury and sister and brother-in-law, John and Melissa Matthews.
