Wilhelmina “Jane” Mims Roberts, 91 of The Bend in Harleyville entered eternal rest on October 18, 2024 at her home. She was the widow of  Rev. Johnny Calvin Roberts and her first love, Tom Harry Mims, the father of her children.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday at Bethel Methodist Church with Pastor Daniel Yagman officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before service at the church. Pallbearers will be her nephews Sid Mims, Steve Mims, Darren Crawford, Fritz Crawford, David Crawford, and Jerry Bishop.

Jane was born September 21, 1933 in a daughter of William Bailey Bunch and Oneta Elizabeth Player Bunch. She was a retired nurse and worked at Mimbres Memorial Nursing Home in Deming, New Mexico and the Methodist Oaks Nursing Home in Orangeburg. She was a member of Limestone Baptist Church and attended Bethel Methodist Church. She was predeceased by a brother, Frank Bunch.

Surviving are her children; Elizabeth (Nelson) Postell, Clay (Wendy) Mims, Victoria “Vicky” Mims Owens, Lynn Mims Owens, Laura Mims (Cal) Disher; grandchildren, Thomas (Loren) Postell, Noah (Shannon) Postell, Oneta (Brandon) Wimberly, Jessica (Rob) Owens Slater, Ashley Owens (LaRenzo) Champagne, William “Bill” Mims, Constance Mims, Delia “Dee” Garner McNeil, Krista (Justin) Kitchens Owens, Thomas J. “TJ” (Jordyn) Baker; great-grandchildren; Amber McNeil, Robert McNeil, Tidus Owens, Arlo King, Ethan Postell, Elijah Postell, Jonah Postell, Moriah Postell, Grant Postell, Eli Postell, Tristan Postell, Avery Baker, Ian Baker, Winnie Mims, Mae Elizabeth “Emme” Slater, Harper Jean Slater, Harrison William Champagne; three stepchildren, Gail (Mark) Shaw, Daniel (Tiffany)  Roberts and Michelle Anderson; and a sister, Valerie Crawford.
