Jearlyn Parker Hays, 92, of North Charleston, widow of Don John Hays, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at her residence.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 25, 2025 at Limestone Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Sid Mims officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:30 until time of service.

Jearlyn was a daughter of the late Benjamin Eugene and Grace Parker.  She was a retired office manager with Life of Georgia and a member of Holmes Avenue Baptist Church. She was predeceased by a a daughter, Donna Jean Myers-Hays; sisters, Grace Loraine “Peg” Parker and Jobatha Parker (Harold) Dantzler; brother-in-law, Jimmy Grimsley.

Surviving is a son, Don J. “Rocky” Hays, N. Charleston; a daughter, Sally Ann Hays, Bonneau; grandchildren, Jacob Elton Myers and Andrew Neil Hays; great-grandchildren, Joycelyn D.J. Litchfield Hays; sister, Grace Jean Grimsley, Harleyville; two brothers, B.W. (Bonnie) Parker, Harleyville and Harry (Esther) Parker, Adams Run and several nieces and nephews.
