Kathy Vereen

Kathy Port Vereen, of Dorchester, entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 31, 2025.

A Memorial Service will be held 5:00 PM Friday, February 7, 2025 at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel, St. George.

Kathy was born on February 25, 1963, a daughter of the late James and Henrietta Winkles Port.  She was a graduate of  Goose Creek High School and was employed by Brecks Restaurant. She was predeceased by her sisters Delores Coker and her brothers Jesse Port and Roy Port. Surviving are her sisters, Joyce Myers, Sharon Thornall, Geneva Powell and Mae McCartha. Memorial service will be held on Friday at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel at  Bryant Funeral Home with Deacon Michael Thornall officiating.
