Marie Weeks, 84, of St. George, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 surrounded by the love of her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Weeks, Jr., whom she loved dearly.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at Old St. George Baptist Church with Rev. James Way officiating.  The family will receive friends an hour before the service.

Marie was born on August 27, 1941, in Charleston, a daughter of the late Henry Denson and Thelma Fabian Denson. She found great joy in helping her daughter’s Homework Center, always willing to lend a hand and support the children in any way she could.  She also worked for many years at the Radio Shack in St. George, where she enjoyed interacting with customers and brightening their day.  Nothing meant more to her than time spent with her family.  She enjoyed spending time with each of her children and had a special bond with them all, and she especially loved when her grandchildren came to visit.  She helped wherever she could, offering her care, encouragement, and support in all aspects of her life. 

She is survived by her children:  Robert (Judith) Weeks, III, Debbie (Bubba) Knight, Pamela Weeks, Peggy (Randy) Weeks and Mary Hope (Dennis) Hogeboom; her grandchildren, Nichole (Jamie) Goodman, Geordie (Crystal) Knight, Casey (Ryan) Jackson, Kimberly (Nick) McAlhany, Josh (Erin) Neuroth, Bradley Neuroth, Kristen Mangham, Holly Weeks, Melody (John) Earlywine and Sarah Weeks; and many great grandchildren.
