Michael Kent Beaudrot, of St. George, husband of Sandra Cook Beaudrot, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at his residence.

Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Dawjr Wood officiating.  Burial will follow in the St. George Memorial Gardens.  Pallbearers will be Jack Beaudrot, Marion Breland, Perrin Breland, Tommy Breland, Lewis Beaudrot, Cory Griffin, Harry McAlhany, Nate Dulaney and Pat Reeves.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until time of service at the church.

Kent was born on January 30, 1943, in St. George, a son of the late Marion Lewis Beaudrot, Sr. and Vivian O’Neal Wimberly Beaudrot.  He was a 1961 graduate of St. George High School.  He was first retired from the Navy Shipyard as a nuclear inspector and later from the St. George Water Department.  He was a member of Memorial Baptist Church and the St. George Jaycees. He was an avid outdoorsman who took pleasure in fishing, shrimping, and gardening. Additionally, he valued the time spent with his grandchildren. He was first married to Helen Walling Beaudrot for 50 years until her death in 2016 and was also predeceased by a son, Michael Kent “Ken” Beaudrot, Jr., and siblings, Marion Lewis Beaudrot, Jr., Sarah “Sue” Yvonne Cummings and Linda Beaudrot Reeves.

Surviving is his wife, Sandra C. Beaudrot; daughter, Elizabeth Beaudrot “Betsy” (Jamie) McAlhany, St. George; grandchildren, Brandon J. Carter, Jack Beaudrot, Jude Beaudrot, Greyson Elizabeth McAlhany and Carsen J. McAlhany; daughter-in-law, Judi Bailey Beaudrot; brother, Johnny (Ruth Ann) Beaudrot; and a number of nieces and nephews.
