Myrtle M. Infinger, 92, of Rosinville, widow of Thomas J. Infinger, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 9, 2024 at her residence.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, June 10, 2024 at Indian Field United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Written and Chaplin Godfrey Ritter officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Kevin Murray, Keith Murray, Brian McAlhaney, Rick Ayer, Randolph Infinger, Thomas McAlhaney, Walker Murray and Jack Pendarvis. Honorary Pallbearers will be her angels on earth, Phyllis Huggins, Elouise Green, Shirley Kelly and Delores Johnson.  The family will receive friends an hour before the service in the church.

Myrtle was born on September 25, 1931, in Rosinville, a daughter of the late James Osborne Marchant and Elizabeth Tilson Marchant.  She was a lifelong member of Indian Field United Methodist Church where she served as president of WSCS and taught Sunday School.  She was predeceased by a sister, Rosa May Troutman.

She is survived by a son, Rusty Infinger; daughters, Cathy (Dane) Murray, Charlotte (Jim) McAlhaney and Karen Ayer; grandchildren, Kevin (Anna) Murray, Keith (Stephanie) Murray, Brian (Kara) McAlhaney, Lindsay (Perry) Thompson, Kara (Trent) Pendarvis, Rick (Lacey) Ayer, Randolph (Courtney) Infinger and Lytton Infinger; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Barbara T. Godwin and Mary M. Padgett; and a brother-in-law, W.E. Green.
