Phillip Douglas Kinsey, Jr entered eternal rest on Monday, August 8, 2022.

A Visitation will be held Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Bryant Funeral Home, St. George. 

Phil was born in Charleston on October 15, 1973, a son of Belinda Floyd and the late Phillip Douglas Kinsey, Sr. He was a carpenter. He was predeceased by his stepson, Brandon Peacock.

Surviving are his children, Douglas Kinsey, of Summerville, Ryan Kinsey, of North Charleston and Danyelle Kaye Kinsey (Austin Sweatman) of Columbia; brothers, Tony Kinsey, Rudy Barthel, and Timmy Barthel; and his mother, Belinda Floyd Barthel of Santee; sister, Tracy Barthel and a niece, Alyssa Kinsey.
