Richard Hamilton Myers, Jr., 73, of Bowman, husband of Marie Troutman Myers, entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 17, 2025.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 21, 2025, at Wightman Methodist Church with Pastor Mary Everhart officiating.  The family will receive friends an hour before the service.

Burial will follow in the Bowman Memorial Cemetery.  The Pallbearers will be David Earl Myers, Patrick Myers, Denny Myers, John Scroggins, Johnny Mims and Larry Mims.

Ricky was born on November 28, 1951, in Orangeburg, a son of the late Richard Hamilton Myers, Sr. and Inez Mims Myers.  Ricky was a 1975 graduate of Clemson University, after starting his degree at The Citadel. He was a dedicated generational farmer, husband, father and granddaddy, giving all he had and more to his family.

Surviving is his wife, Marie T. Myers; sons, Derrick (Sally) Myers and Scott (Caitlyn) Myers; grandchildren, Ella Russell, Elise, Ford, Addison and Hamilton; and a brother, Ronnie Myers.
