Robert Dean Mitchell, 56, of Harleyville, died Sunday January 5, 2025at his sister’s residence.

A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 PM Thursday evening at Bryant Funeral Home.

Robert was born on July 15, 1968, in Bamberg, SC a son of the late Robert Mitchell and Patricia Ann Nix Mitchell. He was a former truck driver and heavy equipment operator. He was predeceased by siblings, Angie Poland, Debra Ann Jones.

Surviving is a daughter; Kayla M. Hunt (Stephen) and a son, Robert (Doodle) M. Mitchell (Allie) all of St. George; a sister; Wanda Gail Traxler of Harleyville; and two grandchildren; Rylee Mitchell and Miley Knight.
